I beg to differ. You have easily over 156 magic resist from your items alone. And your health should be more than enough to tank a few nukes.

A twitch with Bloodrazor pops up out of nowhere right next to your team mid fight. Do you taunt him or don't you? o.O

I would also recommend Randuin's for Shen, not in all games, but definately in some. It is really useful, if he taunts multiple enemies and uses Randuin's. Then it's time for your team's carries to bash the enemies to death.
However, a decent guide. I would like more descriptions on laning, playstyly etc.

But that can be added later, so I won't downvote. With a bit more descriptions I will upvote this guide :)

Going alon with the HP regen style you have going try this;

Spirit Visage->Boots->Warmogs->Randuins->Force of Nature

have that as a staple. Anyway I gave you a +1 because it doesn't deserve to have 4 straight neg votes.

i thought that you were supposed to save your taunt for when your carries are being attacked
