For all the haters out there.

I used this build for a while and found that moving evil tome before deathcap helped a lot mid game with the CDR and mana regen. Just a though you might want to try for those games when you can't farm straight to deathcap.

Exhaust is useless on Brand....

Its more of a to let you know if i make a mistake somewhere in my text or miss out on something, this is kind of a useless dv , ty for making my build alot worse for that pathetic reason.

I vote negative for every person I see write,

"This is my first build..."

Why write that? An excuse if I think it sucks?

Mana regen: Dorans ring at start plus mana regen runes = great mana regen ?!
CDR: No u don't until late game but u got sone Ty to runes and if u sometimes get blue buff (which also gives u mana regen)

Think I got that covered.

It's always the same thing when someone doesn't know how to play a champ with a given build

What is up with these DV? , They are created today and their first post is a DV and got nothing to say? I mean are they here just to ruin my build? If u got a Dv , explain why please.
