I find that AP Eve is really good early/mid, and AD can DPS better late game, but she's still a good nuker lategame with enough AP and Ravage.

I fondly remember killing an Annie using only my ravage. good times...

I've played Evelynn for a while, and I've always used AP. Consistently roughly >10/<5/10ish, stacking Mejais, 700 AP the good stuff.

And one match my friend was like "hey, you don't use AD eve?"

Immediate reaction "DERRDER AD EVE WTF IS WRONG WITH YOU L2P NUB READ HER TOOLTIPS"

Then about a week later my face got wrecked by one. I couldn't understand what was happening to me till I saw the trinity force, and my head spun around 360 degrees.

I started looking around for all manner of builds, and seized upon your AD build.

7/3/3 in a solo queue unranked 3s, which I consider solid for a new build.

I love you. Now I can play Eve on any team comp with a tank. Upvoted.

Sigh, okay. I don't mean purposely die EVERY TIME. If you know you are going to die, though, you should take advantage of the amount of focus you grabbed. More time for your carry to do damage will equal out to winning team fights. And, if you killed their carry, the damage output of the other team will pale in comparison to your team's.
