His Ult gives him 15/20/30 spell vamp.
Overload is now 8% of max mana and I'm pretty sure the AP ratio isn't that good.
There might be other things I'm missing but I'm too tired to look for them

Fixed, I checked Overload and the numbers were right, so somebody else probably fixed that. Tell us if you find anything else.

I fixed it. Why do I always forget to comment about it? >.<
I did put 25% spell vamp at lvl3 tho :S
