Nice one- Maybe you have to add last whisper as situational item and add some life steal

ArmPen runes, Black Cleaver and Last whisper seems to be a bit to much ArmPen. Abd u have no life steal at all. so sorry but -1

Last whisper is situational so I wouldn't add it as a basic build. Counter for Thornmail, LifeSteal? I'd use AP-level glyphs since MP5 Glyphs don't give as much. More pounding for your buck. I'd also have more AD and less crit. You got some AD, Crit and Haste. AD is good but Haste AND crit might be too much. These are good 1on1(chasing) but when in TeamFights you'll get closer(autohitting) than your current Health allows.
I'd start with an early Brutalizer instead of a Last Whisper if it's ArP that you want, to upgrade into Yoomuu's Ghostblade at end game to quench your desire for Haste.
