this is a great build for xin zhao. the item sequence looks nice and reasonable.
i'd suggest changing stark's fervor for something else like guardian angel. since you're initiating a lot of the time with audacious charge and ult (and will probably end up dying), stark's fervor's aura has limited applicability and your team won't really get to use it in team fights. perhaps guardian angel is better... you initiate and everyone focuses you. after doing a nice chunk of damage, you "die" only to be resurrected moments later with the rest of your team. the magic and armor resist is nice as well for survivability. if you really like stark's, maybe get a support or fellow dps to carry it for the team fight situations?
