There, teemo is here to help mates kill people, not kill everyone in 1 vs 1, his poison + madred passive + magic pen of stuff and runes + damages from wit's end -> you rape them.
With your build, with so little AP, Noxious Trap does nothing. Also, proofread your guide a bit.
His guide is for AD Teemo, and he only uses Noxious Trap for the utility of free wards and slows.
