Recommendation: Make a tank build a bit more flexible. A tank should be capable of taking copious amounts of punishment from many different sources and resist CC.

Ninja Tabi could turn into a Mercury if need be.

Sunfire Cape could turn into a Force of Nature to balance out this build's lack of Magic Resist.

Also, I'd recommend the Sunfire, not the Spirit Visage to be your wildcard slot since:

1) Visage's CDR is kinda helpful.
2) Sunfire's almost obsolete now anyway.
3) Sunfire is much more expensive than a Visage, and thus you should probably think a bit more before buying such an expensive (in relativity) item.

Lastly, you don't have much AP which means that they might not even target you in the first place, as you won't really be much of a threat.
