Urgot - Experimental Crab
I can see the tradeoff in damage for cdr could make sense.
Furthermore I think Urgot deals tons of damage with these items if he aims for squishees, while Last Whisper also deals a nice amount of damage to tanks. I've looked at your build and really wonder why there is such a focus on critical chance/strike. He doesn't not have a natural high AS and if he goes close enough to attack with standard attacks he is focused, and you don't seem to focus on survivability neither..
