AA+RoA - why would you get RoA last?
DFG+VS - does brand need another nuke?
AA+VS - this is probably the best of the three, best buff to his passive and best mana regen with good ap from both

But all of the builds are the same... I say meh. without explanation, i can not vote up.

Also, with your 30 Mres, any decent team will eat you alive.

the build itself is good, but note that buying items, runes etc doesnt quite make any1 good with the champions. it kinda tells them what to get without knowing what to do. with other words; the description is the main part of the build.
