TBH i dont even see the reasoning behind creating this thread.

There's no real "best runes". There's an "optimal runeset", but really no best.

I would like to know how you managed to obtain 13 Flat MRegen runes since you can only put 9 of one type(Marks/Seals/Glyphs/Quints) into your Runepage. :o

Not true.
They are the early game advantage you need sometimes.
It seems stupid but, a ton of "junglers" can't jungle without runes. They're terrible laners otherwise.
