I also believe that CDR is very important in builds but ... its just way too focused on it. I believe you can use the quintessences and a kindlegem early on. thats 14.92% cdr which is more than enough. get blue buff and thats 39.92% almost capped.

Shen is a tank and is best used as one so not investing in defense is kinda... meh

You reach 40% Cooltime with Glypsh and Quintessence... you dont need Marks and Seals for cooltime.

Well Shen needs the cooldowns, which is why Nashors Tooth is on, i was thinking about going Offensive masteries, so i will try it and post my findings here.

I would spec for defence instead of utility, you dont need most of the utility specs.. but yeah. pce

why do you have points in expansive mind, does that increase your energy pool?

The Ignite is to always get the kill, even if it means Kill Stealing.I have found it very successful, almost 1\4 of my kills.

I say that I find it hard to die while playing as Shen, and while that is true, I pick up Guardian Angel just in case, as a precaution. The way I saty alive, is don't always think for the long range teleport, at low health i killed a full health Ryze and Stealthed Evelyn. I did this by Teleporting to my teamate right next to me and pushed super hard for the kill.

You upgraded teleport, but you have ignite on. I would have just gone with teleport if you are doing a "tank" build.
