Which one to choose

My suggestion, go look through the veigar guides to get an idea of how to play him, and what items to choose etc. Just my two cents. As far as your IP, it's up to you man. As you play you'll see what other people have bought. Also you can go to YouTube and check Champion Spotlight videos to get an idea of what champions can do with gameplay footage and explanations, and see if you want to buy them. As for runes, i wouldn't buy any until level 20. Save your ip so that you can buy tier 3 runes without having wasted your IP for early level garbage runes.[/quote]
