Well I generally don't prefer a hybrid Twitch and your runes seem a little unfocused, but regardless it must work for you and it seems totally viable to me. Good job

Messy runes, No defensive items, no survivability. Also, a bad troll.
Like I said, the survivability is in the massive lifesteal and the defence from Wriggle's. I know it works, I just went 36/2/5 yesterday with this build, if you really want to, search me in LoL and check my match history
