Fixed! There was a bug that sometimes caused this to happen when certain things were saved. I have fixed the bug, and I went and manually fixed any signatures that had been affected by this bug. However it may take a little for the caches to refresh to show the fixes.
Additionally, there may be other things on the site that were affected by this. If you see this in any of your own posts (guides, bio, signature, etc...) just edit it and fix the text, and it will not come back now.
