I never liked Gangplank, but this build has changed my game around, and now i rock as GP.

I agree with chrissound,this build has way too many mana problems early/mid game which means u cant spam ur q to get extra gold, abusing that to get gold is just op, and u cannot do that to farm when u really need it the most. and i would really recommend maxing e.. w will always be used as cleanse not a source for hp so ur gonna benefit more from that extra atk damage to kill those people that couldve survived with <50hp and to chase/flee/help ur teammates.
And another phantoms is just completely useless consifering there are much better items to get that will help tons more.

This build shreds, sir. But I must stress that having a mana pool is ESSENTIAL with GP. Put Sheen on him as soon as you can and you can build the rest and stop worrying about mana. Top marks for building Infinity Edge asap. My Q hits crit pretty much every time :))

Can I suggest using Tiamat instead of another phantom dancer at the end?
This is a great build,
The effect on it with Gangplank is amazing, you have +50 attack damage and your Passive : Your hit splashes meaning you can get multiple slows with parley if there together.
You will see a difference, you are already fast, why not hit them with a bit more power.
