Interesting build, but definitely the title is a lie. As much as I enjoy once in a while to go with the AD Nidalee build, it is far better to build her with AP. Her only AD skill is Takedown, and out of that there's her autoattacks, and Attack Speed buff that help her.
With this build, you don't take advantage of her Javelin, Heal, Pounce, and Swipe.

Also, I think that to really have a nice AD Build, the Trinity Force is a MUST. The reason is that her skills are so very spammable that you can constantly proc it and also it scales very well with her Takedown skill.

I'm not trying to bring you down, contrarily, I'm trying to make you improve your build, although the limits to AD Nidalee are very low.
