Ya, you should take out a Bloodthirster or Phantom and put in an Infinity Edge. Tryndamere is built around crits and it makes it 250% instead of 200% for criticals.

Larry, vamp scepter is lane sustain, exhaust can be used for chase/escape in combo with your spin. and your slow. gj at noticing i didnt put cleanse! you can see!

However im open to suggestions. What about my runes and masteries is inefficient?

no lane sustain, no escape or chase summoners, no cleanse, no IE, inefficient runes and masteries.

Rather than two blood thirsters get a infinity edge. Less lifesteal but much greater damage.

no infinity edge on a tyrn build makes me cry frankly
