You have the right idea, but i have to -1 for masterys, runes, and item choice.

If you replace the Thornmail with a frozen heart, you will have a much more useful armor item, that would make you way over CDR cap though, so you would have to lose the Nashor's Tooth.

I agree, nashors is a cool item, but it's not really that useful on Mordekaiser, it's more of a Teemo/Kogmaw/TF item.
