kk ty for saying that its my first time i make a build haha i just wanted to make a quick build for beginers for the second rabandon i tested it on a game and the second instead of the zhonia boos ap like hell, but i was over fed this game mabe the zhonia would do the job too ill swich it

tip: when writing a guide try to write out the full word "you" and "are". Also, try to proofread a little bit to make sure the things you write don't make you sound really bad.
But about the build:
Masteries: I would suggest getting the flash mastery if you take flsah as a summoner spell. Maybe remove one point from good hands or perseverance.
I would suggest maxing E for a load more damage output. W should only really be used defensively, because you are much more able to be killed when pool is on CD
Also, don't buy 2 rabadon's. The second can be switched out for a zhonya's hourglass for armor or an abyssal scepter for MR. Also, having hextech and spirit visage is very overkill, so I would suggest dropping the visage because the healing it gives is very small.
