Honestly, if you are doing well and losing I would get friends.
You stated that you do extremely well and to me that means you are going positive and taking towers and hardly being killed.

People would never take u as a friend in the first place if that were so XD.
My advice, train with your group, so do some co-op vs ai first and practice combinations, timing, coördination etc and then alot of normals to get a firm grip on that, ranked is all about good teamwork besides the individual skill needed.
If you solo queue i suggest you get a friendgroup to play with, possibly some people you meet in solo queue or some people you already know.
Really, blaming your allies *despite it being true* is for weak people who don't have the balls to lead / train the group to do it right.

The thing about ELO is that it's not a measure of your personal skill, it's a measure of how well you can form yourself and four random people into a team, and your ability to take that team and beat the other team.
