Tenacity doesn't stack so your boots should only be Sorcerer's shoes.
Merc Treads are optional, there are about 5 other situational items not listed directly in this guide.
Moonflair isn't designed to be a "core" item in this build.
This guide works MUCH better in it's original SoloMid.net format.
I honestly think this is a good experiment. However, the Solomid comments need to get out of here. If this guide was posted on here and people didn't realize it was from Westrice, they would all downvote it, and proceed to say it sucks balls without even trying it. However ,Since it is from a top tier player, the guide will not receive much criticism.

Otherwise, the spell blade is for if you get Sorc Shoes.
