There is no way to get to very low ELO without "trolling" or being responsible for the loss . . .
You are supposed to have a 50/50 chance of landing on a good team, and the enemy team also has this chance . . .
If you get a leaver once, it's not bad, but when you have 200 ranked games, 1 game isn't that much elo . . .
Look at people around 1600 (EvilDice,Consid, etc..) They sometimes get games with leavers or feeders, does that mean they cannot get 1600, No. If you are good enough you will get to your "personal/real" elo after time.
Anyways if you want to lower your elo, play lane udyr or something bad like that, and play only for yourself and by weird items(DFG !!!)

Riot trys to make it 50/50 but what happens sometimes is getting a player who was suppose to carry you into making it 50/50 he does bad and this requires the players who actually were on the lower end try to make up for the ' good ' player doing bad.

In about 90% of the games there's a feeder or a leaver, which makes the game pretty much one sided, and if that's the case you have 50% chance of winning or losing. It's not up to you, it's up to whoever gets the feeder/leaver.
In the other 10% you'll have a fair fight. You can actually influence the outcome of the match. It's these fights you need to win.
Past 1300 rating the percentage of leavers/feeders will begin to drop, but you still need luck to make it out of elo hell. A little bad luck and it'll be really hard to move up the ladder.

trolling is a funner way to do it
i don't know about leaving ranked queues, but i heard if you repeatedly leave ranked queue you could be banned for leaving (not a long ban, though)

I don't want to win anymore. "Don't want" no, I should say: "I want to go down". Of course I'll play normally, but I don't want to get good teams anymore. I want to go till ELO 0, to see how situation is.
Any tips how I can do it? I have no idea how I'll find bad teams and I dont want to be responsible for the defeat.
