ROA should be enough to keep your mana up.

1. She isnt. She is underplayed in normals mainly due to beeing rather a dps support. and ppl tend to play damage damage damage damage champs in there.
2. Dont spam. Take a role of support in early game. Use binding only when you are going for a kill and using soil is too much creep pushing anyway. Later on you shouldnt be much of a problem for you.
3. Well i like CDR and Morello on her if i am going on AP powered Morgana. Nothing more is needed tbh. You can get the blue for CDR.

I love morg, but theres umm something lacking, or just other champs are better/more interesting atm...
older champs are being changed abit and new champs coming out, champs not being touch with patches or skins die off...

well i tested some stuff and i ended with this setup :
doran ring , roa , sorcerer boots , zhonya , rabbadon , abyssal scepter
mpen red , mp5/lvl yellow , ap/lvl blue , ap quints
when i need mana i go get blue , with the mana from roa it give huge mp5 and also rise cdr to ~35%
any comments? :o

I never have mana problems when I play Morgana...so idk what y'all are on about there XD
That sounds like a good build to me...though I use my full 15 magic pen rune page on her, just because I can.

Amplifying tome +1 health pot > Sorcerer Shoes > Hextech Revolver > Rod of Ages > Zhonya's Hourglass > Will of the Ancients > Deathcap > Abyssal Scepter

1) why morgana is so under played ? I remember back in the days when i was a newbie :o morgana was a lot played in tournament along with shen , he got nerfed but not morgana so why we dont see her now ?
2) How do you deal with morgana mana ? i tried rod of ages but even with it your oom in team fight ... you can always use blue for sure but even in laning you have heavy mana issue :/ the only "solution" i found is roa + archangel but god its so expensive , delaying your zhonya but i dont think ap its that a big deal she seems pretty ap independant .
3) CDR , in theory it seems good but i never saw any morgana with cdr :p its just because they need other stat so badly or because its bad for a strange reason ?
