I played a ranked match, great game. We won, but it was tough. I play as Vayne, helped my team a lot, died to save my teammates, quadra-killed and after 1 hour of match, I get only 18 points?
How come? I've played many rankeds that I did nothing and got a lot of points and now I made total difference to get 18 points?? Man, RIOT is trolling me.

Your topic is about "ELO Hell" which does not exist.
It's like making a topic about unicorns.
Either way the thread has derailed and should be closed.
That aside, the only way you can drop ELO without being the person at fault for losing the entire gaming is to dodge queue. If you aren't responsible for losing the game, then the chances of winning/losing is 55.5555%/44.4444%, which technically means you will gain ELO over time.
