I myself just take a nice 10 minute walk outside and enjoy the weather, come back in, take a nice little shower to let all the sadness and tell myself that humanity still has a chance. Come back, win some games. People like Evildice can vouch for the whole Shower method working. REAL OP. Also, I actually got queued against famous LoL players like Colbycheeze and Guardsman Bob after returning from a shower :).
