Well, people were picking Jarvan as Tank Jarvan.
Everyone in EU jungles tanks, so a lot of the times when Nunu and Ammumu would get picked/banned you would see a Jungle Jarvan or an Alistar.

It was not tank jarvan, it was tanky DPS jarvan ^.^
