Bard, you'll want armor seals on junglers.
You'll also want ArP marks, AS marks, ArP quints and AD quints. As a general rule; if you're dealing mostly physical damage in the jungle you should have at least 15ArP.

"Blizzard spoke thus; Thou shalt not BM. And the players replied Nay, I shall Play my hand with Lethal already on the board. And so Blizzard sent unto them this Brawl of Yogg, As a lesson for their sins of Pride and Greed, for he is the Prophet of Madness and RNG. On that day, the tavern descended into an era of chaos and darkness, until the weekend passed and everyone forgot all about it. Amen. Book of SMOrc, Verse 20, Chapter 4." - Feam T

Its functionable. He can't gank that well (wither IS just a slow) or invade that well though, as in, YOU ARE DA CRAZY ONE.
Jungle Nasus will probably be the next big thing!
He's currently kinda meh, BUT Riot are removing the unlimited power on his Q and buffing other things. He is kind of a tank and jungle tanks are very welcome in the current meta :D

Can I hit people for not listening to me when I jungled Maokai and Nasus? Can I?
No, nasus still needs farm in the lane. Maokai's still a damn good laner too, so it might be a waste to have him jungle. If you can't get a decent team comp to support roam alistar, jungling with him is fine. It just doesn't give him as much gank opportunities.
