Smurf yeah! thanks for all of the info and responses guys. Jebus, you gave me the exact answer I was looking for - just a ballpark figure so I have an idea of how to budget. I think I'll save all my IP and get a couple of top tier rune sets first, then look at picking up champs. I did buy some RP and get one of the champ bundles, so I'm not completely dependent on the weekly rotation.
