i think that all your ability sequence is wrong
if you want play first blood or make damages you must take furst "javelin toss"

i agree it doesnt work on the lvl 30's they are to advance in skill it wouldnt work -1 as well.

yeah maybe u can own with this build at lvls 10-20 fail otherwise. -1

thanks for the guide I tried your setup and kicked some *** Mejai's Soulstealer really makes this class a lot stronger I never really thought it was worth geting but its true if you do not suck and at least make a kill befor you die the AP+ really adds up making her hit harder and heal a lot more. The Rageblade surprised me as well is not GREAT for Cougar but with your heal buff and her ranged throw wow it looked like she hits almost as fast as Yi with it. Thanks again for sharing this awesome setup I been having a real hard time finding a guide that works for her.
