You have 10 % dodge in cougar form (thumbs up)
100 * .9 * .9325 * .98 = 82.2465 --> ~ 17.75% dodge chance without Tabis
That's already included here:
100 => base
.9 => 10% cougar dodge
.9325 => 6.675% seals dodge
.98 => 2% mastery dodge

How did you get 29% dodge chance without Tabis?
100 * .9 * .9325 * .98 = 82.2465 --> ~ 17.75% dodge chance without Tabis
100 * .88 * .9 * .9325 * .98 = 72.37692 --> ~ 27.62% dodge chance with Tabis
So you should at least mention that Tabis are situational and not that you get Mercs every game.
