First of all you stole this from Condon, and secondly, this build actually sucks and is a large reason that people think Chogath sucks in general.

Sooooo can anyone tell me why this build wastes 3 masteries on Archmage Savvy, and another 3 on Alacrity? Because nowhere in here am I seeing a reason for minimal AS boost and for damn sure no reason for AP to replace dodge and HP regen you could get by adding evasion and perseverance instead

I appreciate that you cited Condon at the end, but don't copy and paste other people's guides. That's not what the site is for.
