Becouse Akali´s Passive 100 damage give for Akali give 50-60 spell vamp i cant say exactly.
25 lifesteal and this is good for Mark of the Assasine and Crecents slash.))

Why would you buy a Bloodthirster instead of another Hextech Gunblade? Bloodthirster gives fully charged just 5% more lifesteal and 40 more attack damage. This is nothing compared to Hextech gunblade giving u lots of ap, spellvamp, ad and lifesteal.
