I guess it all comes down to play-style and preference. I lean toward melee champs, so ask yourself what you're more interested in. Apparently you like nukers, and Annie is a ***** when it comes down to nuking. You might also try Ryze and Veigar.

I'll try out Ryze - I found that Veigar just didn't 'nuke' enough. Like, he didn't... I dunno lol, hard to explain. Plus, it's like, 1am in the morning atm haha. Thanks Apoth, I'll try it out. =D I like your guides btw. I read them all, and then reread them just to make sure I got it all. Definitely some good tips. =D

Quandary is this: I'm fairly new to LoL, have only been playing it for maybe a month, maybe two months. I started out with NuNu (easy to play, cheap toon) and then went to Annie. Since Annie, I haven't excelled at any other character, and I'm really looking for a champion to move onto. So far, I've tried; Nidalee, Tryndamere, Morgana, Ezreal, Malzahar, Sivir, Veigar and Evelyn. When I say tried, I have actually done the full research and played with masteries and runes which would best accent the chosen champions abilities as well as the best recommended playing style. And yet, each time, I find myself going back to Annie because none of these characters simply gave the 'gank' which Annie delivers with her Stun-Disintegrate-Tibbers dance. So here I am, calling out for help to see if someone knows another toon which will match Annie, at least in ganking ability so that I don't waste anymore RP+IP on something which isn't going to work out.
