Why the flash Why the flash mastery? Why not the ghost one? And a Tear of the Goddess helps a lot early on... you can just spam spells and permastun that ashe mid...
Personally i dont like tear of the godess, as i prefer an early ap edge early game and i do not usually have mana problems
Take two out of perseverance and put those in Good Hands.
Also If you are taking ghost why not use the mastery for it. (take a third point out of perseverance)
I could care less about what's in the guide.
