i don't very much like the youmou's ghostblade with noc considering you can just get a phantom dancer and you also already have armor pen. The mercury treads seem a bit uneeded with having duskbringer, shroud of darkness, or your fear for running, instead I would choose boots of swiftness since you already have atck speed runes which make it uneeded to have berserker greaves. you lantern could also be replaced with a bloodrazor considering you can just buy wards if you really needed too. Also you could replace the guardian angel for a bloodthirster for making up for loosing the lifesteal of your wriggles lantern because most of the time you will want to wait a couple seconds before entering combat in a team fight so you already will have less of a chance of dieing in a group fight.
