Here's my two cents for you, if you want them. I'd first like to say I play a jungle Warwick in 5's.
Second thing, there isn't enough attack speed early on in this build. It's a tad pointless to get infinity edge if you can't actually hit fast enough to maximize it's DPS. If you're going for a PURE AS/AD build, I'd suggest starting off with the AS dagger (used to make berserker boots), and a health pot. Farm in your lane a little, and work your way toward the AS boots. After that for quick easy damage output, I'd get a brutalizer or madred's razors (like you did) Get the recursive bow, for the AS and then either finish off madred's or get a B.F sword and work towards a bloodthrister (with a passive lifesteal it only makes since to get more lifesteal) once you have both of those you should already be dominating to some extent. Then go for Infinity Edge, Phantom Dancer or finish your Ghostblade. It's all situational based on what you need.
Third thing, I play a jungle Warwick, and don't build him at all like stated above (just suggesting what a good AS/AD build would be) Give it a try, and see where it takes you.
Fourth thing, I like the guide as a whole, clearly a lot of work and effort. And a lot of confidence that it works for you. I can't up-vote it because the build doesn't seem viable, but I won't down-vote it because clearly there was a lot of effort and it obviously works to some extent if you went through the effort of making a guide.
Thanks for your time :)
I think this build works fine for me But I will try and see the change and see if I like it better I will +Rep you if it seems to work better :)
Just like dyruus has explained, WW needs attack speed, and attack speed early on for him to become viable. So just take what he said into consideration, and redo the build a bit. Once you build some attack speed you can then boost your damage, then build him anyway you want, survivable or AS/AD/crit like it looks like your going for.
Trust me bro your on a great start take this as advice, use it dont use it, its up to you, if you make some viable changes, I will definitely gladly change my vote
Take care

Don't even bother voting at all if you don't state the reason.
