Like I said, this is my build, there's no need to thumbs down because you want merc threads.. This is not something which tells you what to do, it's just how I play it and how I deal with it.

+1 but imo you can replace ionian boots with mercury treads and rylais with a defensive item like guardian angel or banshees.

nice heals/damage, love the escape ways too.
duration of blue buff is insane :D
