5 of the 6 items are the same. No other build that i have seen for yorick has such a resemblence. Plus i wrote on his build that i thought it was just a poorly written and explained version of "i aint afraid of no ghosts" i never troll voted him for it. My point? Yea asge may be built an IE everytime or a PD but there are real differences between top builds. And the builds are articulated. He goes and trolls my build as revenge even though i did not vote him down. I thought this was very unfair. Does no one see the striking resemblence?

Thank you kindly for your level headed response. I don't know the guy or the community yet as this is my first guide but i was very upset to see my build go down by 6% after he nerfed it. Its the reason i am here. I mean i would have been okay with a negative vote for real reasons and constructive feedback but i already have over 8 negatives and no comments explaining why. His was the icing on the cake and it made me very upset hence my complaints. I mean how is that fair?

Please read what everyone has been telling you though. Many many many many many builds have the same or close to the same items. Look at Ashe or Mordekaiser builds for example.
He most definitely did not imitate the thoughts/language in other guides, not to mention plagiarism is always point source. He didn't steal the item build either, he's used it forever, I even saw him streaming that build over a week ago.
- Not point source
- No language imitation
- Many people use the same item builds
So it's not plagiarism.
If you want to know why he posted less and still got a higher rating than others, the answer is simple. He's Elementz. He's well known, and therefore many more people look at his guides and some may even upvote without reading them. It's unfair but it's the way the world works, and as I stated, is not plagiarism.
EDIT: Yeah, troll downvotes do suck. I've had two on my Galio guide, but it's best to just move on and hope for no more trolls. I feel your pain though XD

Well then thank you all for your time and patience. I guess i will just have to take what i get for acting on an instinct. My point saying i didnt troll him is to say that even though i thought it was stolen i still didnt bash him for it. Honestly i have no clue who elementz is and i dnt give two *****.All i came here for was to present a unique and successful build that i hace been working on since yoricks first day. I guess its just dog eat dog everywhere and i can't find enough decent people like yourself to keep me company. Everyone is just an *** to everyone everywhere. I'll just hold my piece and continue to fine tune my build and hopefully one day i won't be dismissed and trolled. Thanks again.

Oh, so you didn't misread, my bad. But yeah there are a good number of trolls everywhere on any site, but I truly would like to say again that Elementz is not a troll and is actually a cool guy from what I've seen of him. I guess he was having a bad day and lost his temper or something, he is almost always well mannered and helpful.
As for who he is, I know you said you didn't care, but while I'm rambling, he's a professional player.

We got the report. No need to make thins an over-forum agenda. Elementz probably missclicked the vote but it is his right to vote how he pleases. Anyone can do it and he is no diferent from all of us anyway.

I saw him on the same team as a 1/11/1 JUNGLE twitch (Dan Dinh) and while the whole team was yelling at Dan, Elementz stated to the whole team that it was everyone's fault for losing including his own, due to losing the lanes etc. He seems like a pretty cool guy so don't take what he did on one day personally, I know I've lost my temper as well and done stupid things.
