remove attack speed from pantheon -.- ... demage burst!

Ok, so you have no armpen and you aim to throw a sper all the time at start. Thats baad. U take Mana glyphs but dunno why u dont take manamune or **** like this to use them. (and its not a good idea either). If you use heartseeker the passive isnt cancelled while on cd so i dont know why u cant use it? The masteries and items are quite ok but could be better. Theres a lot of work to make this build viable.
