To be honest i dont agree with the 2 boots you could easyily replace one or both of them and get more ap if you have a flash or even just his movement speed skill you can get away
i would suggest maybe lich bane you get movement speen from it aswell it also gives spell vamp and ls it works ******icly with teemo

hello great guide on teemo i love that little dude how ever I would stack a alittle more on the AP side of things perhaps sell the dorans ring late game and pick up morelias evil tome or a void staff whihc is really good because if u get fed and they get some magic resist itll just blow right threw that haha. when i play tteemo i use mushies alot so stacaking ap makes them hit realllly hard. but just a thought. thumbs up guide.

One of the few things I don't agree with is buying Nashor's. I personally prefer taking Morello's right after the boots. It gives you a lot AP, CDR and some absolutely necesarry Mreg. Just like Nashor's, but much cheaper (and no AS, but this is an AP build...)

I made this account just for the purpose of being able to praise your guide, that perfected Teemo.
Tested AD, was worthless :C

Recently I had a game with a annoying Shaco, that was easily killed for me, as he had to hit 1 shroom, for me to be able to use 1 autoattack and a Q to kill him.
My mejais started to stack up, and slowly but safe I got to 20 stacks, dominating both the enemies Cassiopedia, Annie and Shaco.
