Very good build, Lanewick is still good after nerf :)

Only one suggestion:

Since you're stacking mana, take out the points in Perseverance and put it in Strength of Spirit . Muuuch more useful than the other mastery. Max it out; I think you can afford to lose .2 ability power per level to have a mastery that is a defensive item all its own late game.
