Thank you for the warning. Actually I just listed items that I think are essential. Maybe I didn't get to my point.
I don't do all of the CDR items, it depends on the situation.

But yes, anyway, I got min 5 CDR going to waste, you're right. I miscalculated

you've got CDR that goes to waste, max is 40% including all items, masteries and runes.
