You are either not level 30, or in super elo hell. I remember back when my MM was so bad **** like full AD builds worked.
i dont really think you get what he means he is just not skilled enough to play ap tf right because if you think about it when you play noobs all you have to do is auto attack them for a kill when ap tf takes some skill to play but when you have that skill he dominates
lol who told you that lie AP TF sucks i can go 30/5 AD/AS TF and only 15/6 AP sooo there is a huge gap there
