I think taking one point is usually worth it, but I'd never get more than one unless I have to.

The thing about Perseverance is it's absolute uselessness.
For every 100 health/mana regen you get(which is alot, you will only have like 30 health regen default and you would have to buy like 3 more hp regen items to go past the 100 mark) you only get 4 more regen. That is useless- No one needs 4 more health regen when they can spend 6% less time being dead.
