It's a fine build, but i wouldn't go with Rod of Ages so late in game since its passive doesn't benefits you alot. I would go with a phage and change it furthermove to a fronzenmallet since it gives you a great bonus of HP and it makes you unchaseable + it makes able of outrunning flash / Ghosted enemys, by the fact that you have great ability cooldown to keep them slowed even with a phage as the only thing.
If these changes are made, i will give you +1

@xyNZ and whoever else is wondering about armor pen: I'm not Fisles, but I take armor pen because it's better for cat form and a little better for early game since you don't have the mana to be using all your skills. Helps a lot with cat form damage.

Why do you use armor pen seals and not magic pen seals? (I was just wondering, cuz your items seem to be mostly ability power, hence magic penetration)

I have a few questions!

1. Why so much dodge in runes, when it's only physical attacks that you can dodge. Why not health for instance?
2. Why ARMOR penetration in runes, and not MAGIC penetration? She hits with magic dmg with all of her abilities, and with that very low cooldown on her abilities, basic attack does nothing.
3. Why mana per sec in runes? You can often take the blue buff, then you don't need it. You could for instance take ability power instead?
4. Can you tell me why you think Rylais is useless? She has no stun or slow, here Rylais comes in very handy!

i just tried it yesterday in ranked, this is a great build for a solo lane, too. What i am missing is some arguments like "why i take ArPen instaed of MPen", and some spell-rotation, but if you know Nidalee you won't be missing anything in that build, and it even goes with the new patch, which is great. +1

I would suggest switching Rabadon's and Rod of Ages so that you have the time to build up your stacks from Rod of Ages. Especially since the stack doesn't go away when you die. It means adding up more for the extra 30% AP from Rabadon's later on.
