Good build bro, not how I build him, but still good job, and I'm not trying to steal votes but I also have a Wukong build, mainly pure damage consistently.

I didn't read any other posts, but i wanted to give you a quick heads up, Sun Wukong is not goku from db, Sun Wukong is an actual chinese character. He has been in stories for several hundred years. Goku and his staff are actually modeled after him and his stories. Just a little information for you, as i feel information should be shared.

Early is relative, as is price. Everything post costs ~3k gold. I order them in immediate bonuses you get in the build. Guardian Angel has the most noticeable effect while building it, you build two pieces of armor and a magic resistance item, and upon finishing it you get those stats increased a bit more with a chance at redeeming yourself if you get your health pushed down.

Take note that if you finish before 20:00, it's because you were hyper fed, and at that point you might want to build a bit more damage oriented build to take advantage of this feeding and push it further. I play a very passive lane with Wukong, harassing often but rarely going for a kill unless my lane partner and I are guaranteed to secure it.

Great build, can't wait to try it out. Looks to be pretty solid and is well explained.

From what I see you really took your time with this build and from what i can tell you have done really well with it. I think taking cleanse is nice. not a lot of people like to take it and instead fill up an item slot with something that can do next to nothing for it. The monkey king has a lot of escape mechanisms so you don't need to put up flash or anything like that. Ignite is useless for him and so are a lot of the other summoner spells. For those of you who voted poorly for this guide i suggest you get used to using your summoner spells more instead of sticking to two or three. Also there is no such thing as copying off of other people if he is just using a summoner spell. He would have had to use the majority of the guide and put in side notes or something. All in all this is a really good build. I love that you use cleanse and are able to have success with it XD

i found that brutalizer +sheen early is deadly to squishy. and since that wukong itself has a decent escape mechanism, why not this combo 1st?

I use it in my more DPS-ey build, but the tankier build I prefer to play a more passive lane, only harassing and not going in for the kill unless it's a given. I usually only get kills pre 6 if the other side overextends, which is fine because you won't have sheen-brutalizer that early anyways.

Grabbing brutalizer before finishing your Tri-force won't hurt the tanky build, it just will delay your speed increase from the zeal, and the slow from your phage, both of which are really important. You can get similar damage from the phage that the brutalizer has, and the CDR isn't as important at the lower level due to the way my runes are set up. I do however grab brutalizer earlier (directly after triforce) if I find I'm not having issues staying alive.

The reason I grab the guardian angel first in the tanky build is has the most immediate noticeable effect out of those items: a second life, a balls ton or armor, and a nice but of magic res. The tankier build isn't meant to be the carry, neither of these builds are. Wukong isn't a carry, he's a utility character that secures kills Assassin style.

But as I've said, to each their own. My build order is just what I've found to work, and as anyone who plays ranked games will tell you: you build depending on your situation. There is no straight guide you can follow because different situations call for different things.
