Urgot buffs??? YES!

Extremely good early game, but completely falls off by late game.[/quote]

Dps Urgot's Q may deteriorate late game but not as much as pre-buff and his auto attacks still hurt quite a bit. Not to mention, his E got buffed and now scales with ad. His attacks reduce enemy damage and his E reduces armor which is quite useful late game.[/quote]
