You posted this on another, more popular sion build for self-advertisement, saying it was a sion build. Then you changed this guide for udyr.... o.e
And why is there so little info? :o

Not every champ needs to always lvl his Ulti and if you read the guid you would know.
Sion Doesnt spamm all his abiletys because he only hase the regen to maintain the Q and E. You can use your ult but do it whisely, in a take youll get more then 4 hits off and in teamfights when your not focussed down.
But changed the skill order now to get ulti @ lvl 6.
I have to say i never really needed it but generaly speaking its bether to get 1 lvl up.

Death's Caress, which will give some extra survivability end game, seeing as you have no health items. With one point early you can get an extra 100 hp by mid game easily and up to about 800 end game if you continue killing minion waves when the other team's minions are pushing a lane.

Your totally right, in my previous skill setup you got enough surv late game but i have to admit you kinda lack surv early game.

I would suggest maxing shield over stun (start with stun still), since shield gives extra survivability and damage instead of just damage, but rest of the guide looks good. Stacking Mpen since you dont go for sorc shoes is an interesting idea
