its a good guide actually i play lux as well i do do it a little differently like i dont get soul steal and i rush my catalyst for rod and then go from boots to crystal scepter but thats only because of my play style. also i actually found this guide through clicking on your name in a trynd guide you had commented about i just finished my first guide on him and i'd like you to check it out its called beasting with the best it may answer your questions about spamming phantom dancers and why you actually shouldnt
